As the pandemic rages on and with the possibility of further COVID waves in India and other parts of the world, school students are faced with a scenario of an extended period of online/offline learning methods. This has placed a lot of confusion on how their academic credentials will be viewed by future employers. Several challenges are faced by young students that stare at a very uncertain future.
This initiative aims to gather valuable insights from global leaders that are tasked with mandates to attract talent into any organization. This project collates and gathers information from as many leaders as possible and shares this information with the student community. So please feel free to share this form with other leaders who might offer insights. I aim to wrap this project by the end of June 2021 and share the results/findings for your participation.
